CANCELLATION POLICY

I ask for a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Notice within the 24 hour window may incur a fee of 50% or more depending on the booked service. No-shows on appointments are subject to a 100% charge of the booked service. Any and all fees for missed appointments must be paid prior to booking your next service. Understand that I respect your appointment and time. I know that life happens and there are instances for needing to reschedule last minute.
